New operating model for entire regency

Founded by McKinsey, Delterra foundation has successfully built the capacity of decentralised Material Recovery Facilities (TPS3Rs). SweepSmart supported them to develop a new waste management operating model for the entire Badung regency, modelling 6 scenarios from small- to large-scale sorting and composting on trade-offs in economies of scale vs. logistic costs, and delivered 20 detailed designs.
